One morning, I was out walking while listening to Neville Goddard. He said something that stopped me in my tracks:
“You have to assume the person you want to become... and feel like you are already them. Affirmations are good—but they don’t mean anything without the feeling.”

And it hit me. The fastest way I know to shift how I feel is through music. So I thought: What if I wrote a song filled with affirmations for the version of me I want to become?

Since I was creating music anyway, I tuned it to a healing frequency—432 Hz. Then I went to work and created the song “Powerful and Free.”

After a week of listening to it, I went for another walk. I felt lighter, happier... and then suddenly—this wave of thoughts and inspiration just poured into me. I rushed home, scribbled everything down, and when I was done, something incredible happened. I felt pure, overwhelming joy. I literally had to sit down and cry. It was bliss.

That’s the moment Tuning Inner Echoes was born.

Since then, I’ve been creating powerful, uplifting, and heartfelt lyrics and music for all kinds of people and ideas—to help keep our spirits high, to celebrate love, and to guide us all in tuning into our own Inner Echoes.
